Not like a State House of Assembly member that commissioned a Toilet at his consistency somewhere in Nigeria. Hon. Shauibu Saleh, a Local Government Chairman in Kaduna North LGA built a spacious station with fully air conditioning system and donated it to Nigerian Police.
